NJ-SERVO Series
Electric Motor Driven ActuatorThe NJ-SERVO electric motor driven actuator utilizes an electric motor drive system. High accuracy test control is enabled by a special servo motor and stroke displacement measurement sensor. In addition, the system configuration is simpler in comparison to hydraulic actuators, so it is easy to maintain, and achieves power savings and space savings. This system accommodates a wide range of tests with a high degree of expandability. This includes everything from endurance evaluations of the main body and assemblies of automobiles, aircrafts, and other transportation equipment to endurance evaluations of stand-alone parts; from multi-axis tests combining multiple actuators to uniaxial tests; and from sine waves to working waveform simulation tests.

UH-X and UH-FX Series — Universal Hydraulic Test Frames
Environmentally and operator friendly state-of-the-art universal testing machine The operability and visibility of the computer-controlled hydraulic servo type universal testing machine (UH-X) and the high-performance universal testing machine (UH-FX), equipped with front opening type hydraulic grips, have been greatly improved by the adoption of a large color touch panel. Equipped with a semi autotuning function that automatically adjusts the control parameters, stress control and strain control (ISO 6892 compliant) can be easily carried out without the need for a preliminary test. The UH-Xh and UH-FXh models feature a new hybrid hydraulic oil source that reduces the required quantity of hydraulic oil, thereby achieving a major reduction in electrical power (about 50 %).
HITS-X Series — High Speed Impact Tensile Testing Machine
The HITS-X high-speed tensile testing machine is capable of control at speeds up to a maximum of 20 m/s (72 km/h). By combining a high-response force detector, a volumetric displacement gauge resistant to vibration and impacts, and software that minimizes vibrational noise, sophisticated data with very little noise can be obtained.
The HITS-TX model allows obtaining baseline high speed deformation behavioral data for materials by tensile testing materials at freely selectable tensile speeds. It incorporates a newly developed high response detector and a vibration resistant volumetric displacement meter, which allow obtaining highly accurate data with minimal vibration noise.
Tire Compression Testing Machine
This system allows evaluating the compression characteristics of automobile tires by simulating the forces they experience during operation. In addition to compressive loads from supporting the weight of the car, tires experience torsion and lateral loads during cornering. Therefore, to evaluate tires, it is necessary to simulate the loads actually applied to tires.This system is able to test lateral and torsional loads on tires, while also applying compression.
